So, we've created a space for others to invest in you, for you to form and deepen your friendships, and for you to get an opportunity to catch up and pray for one another before our larger gathering, Nxt Gen Summit.

What is the Leaders Gathering?
This fall, the day before the Nxt Gen Summit, we are inviting 100 young Christian leaders from various channels of culture to join us for a special time together.
At the Leaders Gathering, you’ll have a unique opportunity to connect and reunite with a smaller, hand-selected group of leaders within the Nxt Gen community before hundreds of others join us for Nxt Gen Summit. Together, we’ll enjoy an intentional 24 hours to reconnect with friends from across the country, learn from and dialogue with experienced mentors, and engage in thoughtful conversations with one another.
Reunion at Ben Zobrist’s Home

Travel & Logistics
While all meals and programming are covered with your ticket purchase to the Nxt Gen Summit, you will be responsible for coordinating your own hotel accommodations and travel to Franklin and Nashville.
The Leaders Gathering will begin on Thursday, November 7 at 11:00 AM at Ben Zobrist’s home in Franklin, TN (exact address provided after registration). Our time together Friday morning will begin and conclude in downtown Nashville at 10:00 AM, right as the Nxt Gen Summit begins.
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is a 40-minute drive to Franklin and a 15-minute drive to Nashville First Baptist.

We recommend booking your hotel in downtown Nashville for both the Leaders Gathering and the Nxt Gen Summit.

You are responsible for your transportation to the gathering. The nearest airport, Nashville International Airport (BNA), is located 40 minutes from Ben Zobrist's home in Franklin, where we will be meeting on Thursday (exact address provided after registration). On Friday, we will meet for the start of day two of the Leaders Gathering at the venue space for the Summit in downtown Nashville at Nashville First Baptist Church, 15 minutes from BNA.
Our time together for the Leaders Gathering will begin with check-in at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 7, and conclude at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 8, which is when the Nxt Gen Summit begins.
The Summit will conclude at 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 9, so please book flights accordingly.

The Leaders Gathering is for high-caliber young Christians living out a faithful witness wherever God has called them. We believe when Christian leaders from all eight channels of cultural influence—arts and entertainment, media, business, education, government, science & technology, church, and the social sector— come together, truly remarkable things can happen. The majority of those attending the Leaders Gathering are already a part of our THINQ Nxt Gen community.

Because we have limited space and we want everyone to get the most out of the Leaders Gathering, we ask that you attend next year if you plan to miss more than a half-day.

The dress code for this gathering is casual. Please dress how you feel most comfortable, but know that most people tend to dress up for main sessions, dinners, and experiences. We encourage you to also pack your Bible – we will provide a journal and pen for note-taking.

Plan to arrive at Ben Zobrist's property in Franklin (exact address will be provided after registration) at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 7, to get checked-in and for our meet and greet.

We would love for married couples to experience the Leaders Gathering together but ask that no kids attend this event.
Please note: In order for your spouse to join us at the Leaders Gathering, you will need to purchase an additional ticket to the Nxt Gen Summit for them. We certainly hope they will join us for both gatherings to make the most out of your time together.

Yes, all of our speakers and mentors will be with us in-person!

Included in the purchase of your Nxt Gen Summit ticket, you will also receive these additional features during the Leaders Gathering: all meals and drinks, three exclusive sessions focused on critical cultural conversations, live Q&A with several of our Summit speakers and mentors, time to (re)connect with 100+ young leaders within the Nxt Gen community, and select resources. You are responsible for airline travel and travel to and from our venues in Franklin and Nashville.

Your registration for the Leaders Gathering is free with the purchase of your ticket to the Nxt Gen Summit, so if you are no longer able to attend the Leaders Gathering but do still plan to join us for Nxt Gen Summit, please notify our team at info@thinqmedia.com ASAP.
