Davis Powell

CEO and President, Seed Company

Davis Powell became CEO and President of Seed Company in March 2024, marking the culmination of a nearly decade-long journey that began when he joined the organization as Partner Relations Assistant.

Since 2015, Davis has held several key leadership roles at Seed Company, including Chief Advancement Officer and, later, Chief Experience Officer, where he guided the organization’s investor engagement and global brand strategy. Pulling from prior experience as an intern with Passion City Church, he also led Seed Company’s internship program, investing in the next generation of mission-minded leaders.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences with a minor in business administration from Clemson University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Davis and his wife, Kate, live in Dallas, Texas, with their two young children.
